COVID UPDATE

Carfume™️
works with our fulfillment partners to pack and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. All our fulfillment providers follow strict guidelines from their local government to ensure staff and customer safety.

Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take a little longer but your order will reach you. 

Your support means so much to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves. 

Information regarding Covid-19 

The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual. 

We’re still operating at our standard fulfillment estimate of 1 business days. 

We’re actively communicating with our fulfillment partner and following the latest news on Covid-19. 

This is a difficult time for everyone and we thank you for your patience. Health is the number one priority right now, so stay safe.

Carfume wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who's been showing support to our business in this challenging time. 

For weeks now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal. It has been difficult for us to deal with the changes, and we're hoping it'll be over soon. 

We're staying in touch with our fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays. Here are the estimates we are currently looking at:

We know this isn't what you guys are used to, so we’re grateful for your patience as you continue coming back to our brand and enjoying our products. 

Some good news is, we now have more time to focus on some exciting designs / products we previously simply didn't have time for. Stay tuned for more additions to our collection!

FAQS

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Usually not long. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. First class delivery is available to select at checkout, this service takes 1-2 working days. 

Q: How long do they last?

A: The average Carfume lasts around 4 weeks. Some of our customers have reported usage at over 6 weeks.

Q: Can I choose the colour of the bottle?

A: Yes! We now do colour choice (from 7/08/2020). Select your colour and fragrance and you're good to go! 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Just proceed through checkout as normal, an automatic international shipping charge is applied at checkout. 

Q: Spills - what should I do?
A: Clean up as soon as possible. Keep out of reach of children avoid eye contact and do not swallow - consult doctors if swallowed. Data sheet can be found here
