2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to:

UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry
Persons who have made a qualifying purchase of the Carfume × Hawaiian Tropic Limited Edition bundle from carfume.co.uk

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on 1 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 1 September 2026, referred to as the Closing Date.

Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or not received due to technical failures.

4. How to Enter

To enter the promotion, eligible participants must:

Purchase the Carfume × Hawaiian Tropic Limited Edition bundle from carfume.co.uk during the Promotion Period, OR
Purchase a Carfume × Hawaiian Tropic Limited Edition Car Air Freshener in-store or from a vending machine and complete the entry form at carfume.co.uk/pages/summer-holiday-giveaway (“the Entry Page”) by providing their full name and a valid email address

One (1) entry will be allocated per qualifying purchase. Purchasing multiple bundles does not confer additional entries unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

No purchase of any other product will qualify for entry. Entries submitted by third parties on behalf of a purchaser will not be accepted.

No purchase is necessary to enter - a free entry route is available by sending a first-class stamped addressed envelope to: Carfume Giveaway, Lynda Marilyn House, Mill Grn, Holbeck, Leeds LS12 6HE. Free entries will be treated equally to purchase entries in the draw.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

A summer holiday voucher with a total value of £2,000 (two thousand pounds sterling)

The prize voucher will be issued by CFSMUK LTD. The Promoter accepts no liability for the redemption, availability, or terms attached to the prize voucher once issued.

The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for a cash equivalent. No substitution of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Promoter, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.

The winner is solely responsible for all travel documentation, visa requirements, insurance, and any costs not covered by the voucher.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or a nominated third party on or before 10 September 2026.

The draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email to the address provided at the time of entry within five (5) working days of the draw.

The winner must respond to the notification email within fourteen (14) days of the date it is sent. Failure to respond within this period may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner being selected from the remaining valid entries.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for a winner's failure to receive the notification email due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or any other reason within the winner's control.

8. Publicity

By entering this promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may publish or publicise the first name and county of the winner for promotional purposes. This may include use on carfume.co.uk, email communications, and social media channels.

If you do not wish to be identified publicly as a winner, please notify the Promoter within five (5) days of being notified of your win. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request but cannot guarantee anonymity in all circumstances.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with this promotion will be used by CFSMUK LTD to administer the promotion and, if consent is given, for email marketing communications.

Data will be processed in accordance with the Carfume Privacy Policy available at carfume.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Entrants have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting enquiries@carfume.co.uk. Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

10. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to:

Amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time with reasonable notice if circumstances outside of its reasonable control make this necessary
Disqualify any entrant who the Promoter reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, acted fraudulently, or breached these terms
Verify any entry and the eligibility of any entrant

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering this promotion or being unable to take up the prize.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
